Entries are now open.
The 2012 Southeast Zone JO Qualifiers will take place from June 9 - 10, 2012. The approximate start time of the tournament is 8:00am on June 9th and the tournament is scheduled to finish at approximately 8:00pm on the 10th.
The 16U and 14U divisions will play on Saturday, June 9th and 18U divisions will play on Sunday, June 10th.
The entry fee is $450, based on each team getting a minimum of 4 games.

Membership Requirements
All participants in USAWP National Championships need to be current Gold Athlete members. The age division for an athlete depends on their age as of August 1st of the given tournament year*.
Ex: If an athlete turns 17 on August 1, 2012 – he/she must play in the 18&U division. If an athlete turns 17 on August 2, 2012 – the athlete was 16 on August 1st and therefore qualifies to participate in the 16&U division.
Affiliation Deadline
ALL athletes* must designate their club affiliation for the team with which they will be participating in the Junior Olympics Qualifier (JO Quals) AND Junior Olympic (JOs) tournament at least seven days prior to the zone qualifying tournament or July 1st, whichever comes first.
Note: Lapsed members from the previous membership year (lapsed – 12/31/2011) who do not renew prior to the affiliation deadline will be automatically locked in to his/her previous club affiliation.

Birth Date Verification
All Gold Athlete members participating in JO Quals and JOs must complete the birth date verification. This is a ONE-TIME process. This verification process can take on average 24-72 hours, however, if a member chooses one of the alternative options it could take up to 2 weeks to process. Photo Identification
All athletes taking part in JO Quals & JOs may be asked to provide a photo ID prior to the start of each game. We recommend members use their USA Water Polo membership card with current photo. Other acceptable forms are a government-issued photo ID, or school ID with photo (for athletes under the age of 18). A temporary membership ID is available anytime by logging into your online USAWP member account.
Online Registration
There is a separate registration online for JO Quals. Please be sure to locate your particular zone qualifier to register. This must be done IN ADDITION to the JOs registration. Registering for JOs declares your team’s intent to participate. 50% Entry Fee is due upon registration into the JOs tournament. This is non-refundable, unless your team should not qualify during the qualifying tournament OR reallocation. Deadline to register for the JOs tournament is 7 days prior to your qualifier tournament, or June 1, whichever comes first.
National Roster Verification System
Please note that ALL rosters for JO Quals & JOs MUST be submitted through the USA Water Polo National Roster Verification System requiring club administrator submission.
Forfeit Fee
New this year is a forfeit penalty of $250. Please plan carefully to be sure your team is able to field at least seven players for all scheduled games. No exceptions.
